Toyota Hilux Customer Satisfaction Campaign

As part of our ongoing commitment to customer care and in line with our reputation for quality, durability, and reliability, Toyota is launching a campaign for selected Generation 7 and 8 Hilux.

If you want to find out more about our customer satisfaction campaign, or if you believe your Toyota Hilux may qualify for this campaign, please contact your local preferred dealer.

Am I eligible for the Hilux Customer Satisfaction Campaign?

  • To be eligible, your free inspection must be completed when your vehicle is no more than 12 years old from its first date of registration and manufactured prior to March 2024.

  • You must be the legal owner of your vehicle.
  • You have owned the vehicle for 6 months or more.
  • Eligible Toyota Hilux customers are invited for a free inspection at your local Toyota Dealer.

What is the process?

    Contact your Toyota Dealer

    Please contact your local Dealer if you believe your Toyota Hilux may have any outstanding campaigns. Your Dealer will be able to confirm and advise of any next steps required.

    Book an appointment

    If your Toyota Hilux is eligible for this customer satisfaction campaign, your Toyota Dealer will invite you to book an appointment to inspect your vehicle.

  • 03

    Attend Dealer Appointment

    Your inspection appointment at your local Toyota Dealer should take between 1-2 hours. Please arrive to your appoint with proof of ownership for your Hilux.
