2. Monthly Rental
Your monthly rental payments are fixed throughout your agreement, and they’re determined by the size of your Initial Rental. Once you’ve chosen the length (“term”) of your agreement and expected mileage, the rental amounts will be spread equally across the months.
Optional maintenance packages, which are 100% VAT reclaimable, can be included in the monthly rental costs. Agreeing the correct expected mileage at the start of your agreement is important, because charges will be incurred if it is exceeded.
3. End of Agreement
Once you’ve made your final monthly rental payment and your agreement has come to an end, it’s time to return your vehicle to us. Upon its return, the vehicle will be assessed for wear and tear against the British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association (“BVRLA”) guidelines that will be shared with you at the start of any agreement.
If any damage is noted beyond the usual wear and tear guidelines, you may be required to pay a charge. If the vehicle exceeds the pre-agreed mileage limit, you will be required to pay an excess mileage charge.
What is a KINTO-maintained agreement?
A maintenance package can be added to your agreement, allowing you to spread the costs of routine servicing and maintenance over the full course of the full term.
Including a maintenance package within your monthly rentals can provide convenience with one monthly payment, as well money savings over the long term while ensuring the vehicle is maintained for the life of your contract.
KINTO-maintained vs. customer-maintained agreements: what's the difference?
With a KINTO-maintained agreement any maintenance or servicing required by the vehicle is covered by your monthly payments. For customer-maintained agreements, servicing and maintenance must be organised, and paid for, by you.
