Roadside assistance throughout the UK, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Recovery

If the AA is unable to fix your car at the roadside, or arrange prompt local repair at a Toyota Service Dealer, they will take you to a single destination of your choice within the UK – regardless of how far this might be. Caravans and trailers up to 26ft in length are also covered for recovery, but not if repairs are required to the caravan or trailer rather than the vehicle.

Onward Travel

If your car can’t be repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose one of these options:

A free replacement car for up to 48 hours. (Subject to status. Available only to people over 21 years of age. You may be asked to show a valid driver’s licence and pay a fuel deposit, which can be refunded providing the vehicle is returned with a full tank of fuel).
Up to £150 for each person towards one night’s hotel accommodation and breakfast for you and your passengers. (Maximum £500).
Up to £150 for each person towards the cost of onward travel arrangements that you make yourself. (Maximum £500).

European Roadside Assistance

Roadside assistance in 44 European Countries, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If your car breaks down in Europe, one call to an English speaking operator will bring you all of the help you need.

*£64 when paying by annual Direct Debit. £68 by all other payment methods.

**Calls cost 13.1p (inc.VAT) plus up to 4.08ppm from BT Unlimited Weekend Plan. Mobile and other providers' charges may vary.

You are entitled to breakdown and recovery services as detailed in your Toyota Roadside Assistance Welcome Pack. Cover is arranged for you by Toyota (GB) PLC and is provided by AA free of charge. 1. Applies only where there is another full-paying member in the same household.

Toyota Roadside Assistance terms and conditions

1. Under these terms and conditions only UK specification Toyota vehicles are classified as 'eligible' vehicles.

2. Where a paid Toyota Roadside Assistance member changes their vehicle for another eligible vehicle, for which free membership is given, they must inform Toyota, who will issue a new Toyota Roadside Assistance card for the new eligible vehicle with the membership period plus any residual period remaining.

3. Where a paid Toyota Roadside Assistance member changes their vehicle for a non-eligible vehicle, Toyota Roadside Assistance membership will be rendered null and void. Toyota will refund a proportion of the subscription paid by the member, on a pro-rata basis for the unexpired period of membership, subject at all times to Toyota retaining an amount of £15 for administrative purposes.

4. Complimentary Toyota Roadside Assistance membership remains with the original vehicle to which it is first applied and cannot be transferred to another vehicle. Membership will automatically pass to the new owner should the vehicle be sold or transferred during the period of complimentary membership.

5. Eligibility to use the AA services:

a) A member may use the roadside assistance services offered by Toyota Roadside Assistance whilst driving a registered vehicle, as may any other motorist driving that vehicle with the member's consent.
